Feedback and complaints
We want to hear from you, whether something went well or something needs to change. Your feedback helps us improve the support we give.
Making a complaint will never affect the support you receive from us.
Who can give feedback
Anyone can: participants, family members, carers, support coordinators, advocates and our own staff. You can give feedback for someone else, with their permission, and you can stay anonymous if you prefer.
How to tell us
- Call us on 0430 505 478, 7 days, 8am to 6pm.
- Email [email protected].
- Talk to us in person: your support worker or anyone in our team.
- Write to us: 5 Joust Way, Brabham WA 6055.
- Send a message through our contact page.
A family member, friend, carer or advocate can help you, or speak for you.
Help to communicate
- Interpreter: call TIS National on 131 450 and ask them to call us on 0430 505 478. The service is free.
- If you’re deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech impairment: contact us through the National Relay Service. TTY users call 133 677, then ask for 0430 505 478.
What happens next
- We let you know we’ve received it, within 2 business days.
- Our Director looks into it. We talk with you about what happened and what you’d like to see happen.
- We tell you what we found and what we’ll do, and check you’re comfortable with the outcome.
- We keep it private and use what we learn to improve our support.
If you’re not happy with the outcome
You can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at any time. You don’t have to come to us first.
- Phone: 1800 035 544, Monday to Friday
- Online: make a complaint on the NDIS Commission website
Free help from an advocate
An independent disability advocate can support you to raise a concern, at no cost. Find one near you with the Disability Advocacy Finder.
Compliments are welcome too
If a support worker made a difference, tell us. We’ll pass it on to them.
